Knowledge is power!

Whoa I am dosed on this smoothie!  I had to share the recipe, it is truly one delicious treat!!! 


1/2 bag of frozen blueberries
1/2 a bag of frozen strawberries
1/2 a banana
1/2 a dried date
2 tsp carob powder

1 tsp tocotrienols

Water - however much you would like depending on how thick you like it!
1 egg yolk for the rocking benefits of DHA!!!
